Vanessa Hutchinson is a Furniture, Interior and Concept Designer as well as a Project Manager, based  in the beautiful Shropshire countryside. Her skill is in the refurbishment of  properties blending traditional and contemporary techniques and styles.

Vanessa  works on all sizes of projects for private clients and is known for her ability to visualise potential interior and exterior spaces intuitively.  Her aim is to design the perfect environment for clients and their lifestyles;  she makes good use of light within spaces and creates a logical flow through the house and often into the garden, in a way that transforms it into a home.

Having worked in strict confidence with many hundreds of clients over the past 30 years, both in the UK and abroad, she believes that personal attention is the key to the success of all projects.

Vanessa and her husband live with their two dogs in their current home which is being lovingly converted and brought to life after  decades of decay.  They work closely together on their own projects drawing on their combined knowledge and skills in restoration, fine furniture making, interior and exterior design and landscaping.  Together they work with the surroundings to enhance the space, creating a home that is sympathetic to the location while offering all the convenience of modern living.
